As part of the team, you will be involved in Product Development, Value Chain and Construction Project Development Processes in close collaboration with the other teams in BST (Drafting, Integrated Engineering and Building Technologies), as well as other Departments across Gropyus.  About the position <ul><li>3+ Years of project development in stage LP5 </li><li>Implementation of state-of-the-art architectural and technical solutions in our timber residential Building Product </li><li>Constant and controlled evolution of the Product within the Series- and Change Management </li><li>Coordination with design disciplines like Engineering, MEP, Building Physics, Acoustics, Fire Protection, and Energy Design </li><li>Contribute to the improvement of our Digital Value Chain in close collaboration with the Product and Technology Teams </li><li>Design for user centricity, DfMA, sustainability, and cost </li></ul> About you <ul><li>Project experience in project stage LP5 in Germany  </li><li>Experience in residential buildings of building class 4 and/or 5 </li><li>Proficiency in relevant German regulations and codes </li><li>Experience in timber construction </li><li>Experience in Revit </li><li>Experience in AutoCAD and in Rhino is a plus </li><li>Fluent German and English skills   </li></ul> What we offer  <ul><li>An unlimited contract with 30 vacation days. </li><li>Flexible, hybrid work: You can work from home or come into the office on the schedule that works best for you.
