That is where you come in: we’re looking for an exceptional Partner Growth Specialist to join our team.</p><p>You’ll be based in Vienna and collaborate closely with our SMB partners in Switzerland, working with both French- and German-speaking stakeholders.<strong> For this role, fluency in French and German is required (C1-C2 level), and familiarity with Swiss German and/or Italian is a strong advantage but not mandatory.</strong></p><h3><strong>Your mission:</strong></h3><p>As a Partner Growth Specialist, you’ll be a key part of our Independent Partner team. You’ll ensure our partner stores in Switzerland have everything they need to succeed whilst working strategically to optimise store retention, improve performance, and proactively drive supply-optimisation initiatives.
