AECOM is actively seeking an Office Management Specialist IV for immediate employment in Orange, CA.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Under general direction, plans, coordinates, supervises and administers office and administrative support services for mega-sized project offices. </li><li>Plans and implements the office services budget. </li><li>Develops, implements, directs and coordinates policies and programs consistent with company philosophy and objectives. </li><li>Is responsible for the efficient operation and performance of the unit. </li><li>Plans and coordinates office and telephone relocations and facilities remodeling.</li><li>Assist to ensure project conformance with SANDAG and Caltrans specifications and federal regulations</li><li>Communicate with inspectors, contractors, and partner consultants</li><li>Upload project documentation to Trimble Unity. </li><li>Organize and attend preconstruction conferences and weekly construction meetings. Send out meeting materials and meeting notes for said meetings.</li><li>Perform administrative duties for the CM team, ie. Manage and process mileage records and client invoicing.</li></ul>
