Position OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, quantity measurement, billing, and contract administration for Water Supply, Wastewater, and Water Infrastructure Projects, including pipelines, WTP/STP, reservoirs, pumping stations, and distribution networks.Preferred Requirements:1. Quantity Measurement &amp; Verification<ul><li>Measure quantities for excavation, pipeline laying, concrete, structural works, and MEP installations.</li><li>Verify contractor-submitted quantities and maintain accurate measurement sheets.</li><li>Conduct on-site verification of work done and prepare monthly quantity reports.</li></ul>2. BOQ &amp; Cost Estimation<ul><li>Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings, specifications, and design documents.</li><li>Conduct material take-offs (MTO) and rate analysis.</li><li>Contribute to tender cost preparation and bid proposals.</li></ul>3. Billing &amp; Payment<ul><li>Prepare interim payment certificates (IPC) and client billing documentation.</li><li>Check and certify contractor and subcontractor bills.</li><li>Track material consumption vs. approved quantities.</li></ul>4. Contract &amp; Commercial Management<ul><li>Review contract documents and ensure compliance with technical and commercial terms.</li><li>Identify variations, additional items, and deviations from scope.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of variation orders and claims.</li></ul>5. Cost Monitoring &amp; Control<ul><li>Track project financial progress and forecast final project costs.</li><li>Monitor budget utilization and highlight potential cost overruns.</li><li>Support procurement teams with quantity-related inputs.</li></ul>6. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate logs for quantity measurement, billing, and cost reports.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly commercial progress reports.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, planning, and site teams for timely documentation.</li></ul>
