Position OverviewWe are hiring for the position of QA/QC Head for multiple upcoming projects across Pan India. This role involves leading and managing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in establishing and implementing QA/QC systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and driving excellence in construction practices. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC policies, procedures, and plans for large infrastructure projects. </li><li>Lead the QA/QC team to ensure effective implementation of quality measures across all project sites. </li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for all QA/QC-related matters, ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Establish and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. </li><li>Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to monitor adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement. </li><li>Ensure that all materials, equipment, and construction processes meet the required quality benchmarks.</li><li>Supervise the testing and inspection of materials, equipment, and construction works to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications. </li><li>Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection test plans (ITPs), material submittals, and method statements. </li><li>Monitor and verify the quality of work performed by contractors and subcontractors.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards, such as ISO 9001, NBC, and IS codes. </li><li>Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes. </li><li>Investigate quality-related issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.</li><li>Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with QA/QC policies and procedures. </li><li>Prepare and present detailed quality reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), audit findings, and improvement plans. </li></ul>
