The role also includes </span><b style="font-size:15px;">compliance responsibilities</b><span style="font-size:15px;">, ensuring alignment with legal and collective-agreement requirements. </span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:15px;">As the expert of Compensation &amp; Benefits topics you'll have to work in autonomy to deliver the best strategy and be fully operational on your scope.
