You’ll collaborate with colleagues from around the world and work closely with the local team to ensure the fleet is safe, well-maintained, and ready for service. The role is hands-on and varied, giving you the chance to learn quickly and see the direct impact of your work on the business and the community.What You Will Do:<ul><li>Ensure the sprinti fleet is maintained in excellent condition by proactively managing day-to-day operations to meet key performance indicators</li><li>Coordinate, track, and prioritize maintenance work and vehicle inspection with partners, vendors, and local fleet leads</li><li>Communicate real-time status updates and provide visibility into fleet performance internally and externally</li><li>Manage stakeholder relations and build strong working relationships with partners, vendors, drivers, and other stakeholders</li><li>Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to develop scalable processes and tools to increase operating efficiency and performance</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>Reliable and punctual; you are a dependable employee and colleague</li><li>A self-starter who is comfortable taking on a high level of responsibility</li><li>Hands-on; you are ready to roll up your sleeves and solve problems as they come</li><li>You remain calm under stress and always find the right tone, whether in discussions with the management level of our partners or our drivers</li><li>Fluent in German (C1 and above) and advanced English (you’ll communicate with international colleagues on a daily basis and should be able to express yourself in English)</li><li>You have a valid driver's license in Germany, class B</li><li>You are able to work onsite, from Via’s service depots in Hannover</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Joining a global employer with over 750 mobility projects in 50+ countries</li><li>The opportunity to truly have a positive impact on a large employee group and local communities</li><li>Urban Sports Club membership</li><li>A beautiful office in the heart of Hannover</li><li>State of the art hardware for you to perform your work worry free</li><li>The salary range is between €40,000 and €55,000 per year, based on your experience, knowledge, and skills.
