This team is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD systems, shared services and tools that power our development and production environments.What You'll Do:<ul><li>Define infrastructure and standards for engineering teams across the company.</li><li>Design, implement and deliver services and tools for running infrastructure at scale.</li><li>Research and recommend new technologies for our shared platform.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of the software and architecture at Via.</li><li>Build CI/CD automation and templates with GitLab.</li><li>Build, maintain and operate AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure.</li><li>Troubleshoot mission-critical services, automating remediation to prevent recurrences.</li><li>Work closely with partner teams across the company to enable success.</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>5+ years of experience building robust backend or full-stack software systems.</li><li>3+ years experience maintaining efficient production systems at scale or maintaining production environments (e.g. Devops/SRE).</li><li>Expertise with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).</li><li>Experience with networking, distributed systems, SQL and NoSQL databases.</li><li>Commitment to a collaborative distributed environment imbued with professionalism, integrity, passion, and accountability.</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li style="font-weight:400;">Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
