Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the successful execution of solar projects by coordinating various aspects of project planning, implementation, and communication. As a Project Coordinator, you will be multitasking and assisting with everything—from the planning process and inventory management to handling day-to-day office activities. This role is in office at Ashland Virginia Monday to Friday.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the development and documentation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.</li><li>Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and help track deliverables.</li><li>Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.</li><li>Warehouse organization and inventory management.</li><li>Support the project team in resolving issues and mitigating risks as they arise.</li><li>Assist with scheduling project meetings and organizing project-related events.</li></ul>RequirementsRequirements:<ul><li>1-2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support roles, preferably in construction or renewable energy.</li><li>Experience with permitting and licenses.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Inventory, Warehouse and Forklift experience.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to travel for training.</li><li>Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.</li><li>Picking orders and staging, receiving inventory, and ordering inventory.</li><li>Lifting required</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>ESOP</li><li>Health insurance, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.</li><li>Paid Vacation.</li><li>Company 401K.</li></ul>
