Build to simplify.What you will do:You will ensure the smooth running of ground operations for Exponent  Assets &amp; After Sales Support and help the customers have a seamless, hassle-free experience,, to relationship management, you will play a critical role in the team.Asset management &amp; After Sales Support<ul><li>Asset inventory records management in Systems &amp; on Ground. </li><li>Asset Deployment &amp; Recovery in coordination with the Business team.</li><li>After Sales support -Business Deliverables &amp; KPIs management (Uptime / Costs / Quality)</li><li>Asset compliance management - Insurance / FC renewals / Challans etc</li><li>OEM interaction management on Product technical issues  / Parts / Warranty etc</li><li>Team management with SE, Technicians, Service teams. </li><li>Monitor service campaigns, product recalls, and retro-fitment activities as necessary.</li></ul><ul><li>Business Relationship management - with business partners across the value chain - Business clients to OEMs &amp; External Stake holders like Insurance / Finance Cos &amp; others. </li></ul>Resolving Basic Service Issues<ul><li>Ensuring Seamless service experience with Clients with agility. </li><li>Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.</li></ul>RequirementsThe ideal candidate requires:<ul><li>Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering</li><li>Past experience in  After Sales Operations and customer support (EV experience preferred) 7-10 years  </li><li>Structured problem-solving, detail-oriented, and customer-first attitude</li><li>Market knowledge (EVs, Charging station deployment, Logistics)</li><li>Data analytics skills / should be comfortable working with MS Excel.
