You’ll lead high-impact, complex projects at the Product-org level whilst being recognized as an example for craft and collaboration. You’ll work across multiple time horizons, anticipating the evolution of the work from now to the next few years. You’ll connect with other business functions (Marketing, Brand, Operations etc.) to help articulate the needs and expectations of users and the business alike.As a Staff designer, you’ll autonomously own the design vision for key areas of our customers (B2C), agent and seller’s (B2B) aftersales journeys and manage the relationships with product squads, business stakeholders, and other designers to deliver impactful results.
