We're launching our service quickly across the world, and you will be responsible for making sure our app is beautiful, easy-to-use, and can scale to millions of happy users. And the best part? In many cases, you will be the decider of these decisions.</li><li>Lead the cross-functional collaboration with PMs, Engineers, Design, Data Scientists, Research, and Operations teams.</li><li>Lead design and delivery of large-scale, cross-team projects and foundational systems.</li><li>Mentor and grow senior engineers; foster engineering excellence.</li><li>Advise Lime’s leadership team on key technology adoption and process improvements.</li><li>Contribute to shaping overall engineering culture at the company.</li></ul>About You:<ul style=""><li>8+ years of industry professional software development experience, and a track record of building impactful products or systems.</li><li>Proven record of leading technical initiatives with high business impact.</li><li>Skilled at mentoring, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Familiar with mobile testing frameworks and CI/CD practices.</li><li>Android development experience. (bonus)</li><li>Passion for sustainable, people-centric urban mobility.</li></ul>Annual performance bonus, equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s location of residence, the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications.
