You work AI-native, using modern tools to accelerate discovery, decisions, and delivery. Together with your product quartet of Sustainability Expert, Product Designer, and Development Manager you ensure clarity, alignment, and readiness across the entire product lifecycle. What can you expect? Own delivery and product performance: <ul><li>Define clear goals, track progress, and ensure all initiatives meet readiness, validation, and delivery standards</li><li>Maintain a focused backlog and make informed trade-offs that balance user value, feasibility, and strategic relevance</li><li>Apply user research, customer feedback, and market insights to validate problems early and test solutions effectively</li></ul>Lead the agile product quartet:  <ul><li>Drive alignment, ensure clarity in priorities, and enable effective cross-functional execution</li><li>Facilitate ceremonies, maintain team flow, and promote a healthy, iterative delivery cadence in close collaboration with the Development Manager</li><li>Create clear enablement materials that help teams and customers understand and adopt the product; collaborate closely with Product Marketing on collateral</li></ul>Communicate with clarity and transparency and promote improvement:  <ul><li>Act as the central point of contact, providing timely updates on decisions, risks, and roadmap developments</li><li>Foster iteration, experimentation, and learning within the team, and promote strong agile collaboration across roles</li></ul> What should you bring along?
