This is a highly visible, challenging, hands-on, dynamic and wide-ranging role covering activities such as business partnering with non-finance teams to add value across multiple business units and projects, driving strategy and profitability across all areas, and supporting the Release Finance and Asset Management (“FAM”) function.The position is a key resource in the Finance team and will report to the Release Business Controlling Manager.  Main responsibilities:<ul> <li>Controlling and reporting of costs and income on allocated Release projects (Actual vs. Budget vs. Latest Forecast)</li> <li>Owning the preparation and processing of intercompany timesheet- and (project/non-project) cost invoicing in Microsoft Dynamics 365</li> <li>Support with the determination and maintenance of Release corporate, project and employee cost rate masterdata in Microsoft Dynamics 365</li> <li>Initiate and take the Release lead on projects related to the development, structure and improvement of Release’s management reporting processes, including system improvements and changes (Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerBI, other relevant systems)</li> <li>Define, design and implement internal project controlling and reporting processes and documentation of such process descriptions</li> <li>Act as business partner to the financial accounting and reporting function on project-related matters impacting financial reporting compliance</li> <li>Business partnering with different internal stakeholders outside of the Release finance function (Procurement and Logistics, Project Managers, Business Development team, etc.) on project and financing related matters</li> <li>Act as liaison between Release and Scatec (South Africa) finance teams</li> <li>Responsible for monthly allocated project and managerial reporting tasks</li> <li>Support with the preparation of the Group annual budget</li> <li>Interpreting data, both financial and non-financial, and understanding the impact of these on Release projects and business as a whole</li> <li>Monitoring of monthly timesheet submissions and cost allocations</li></ul>Qualifications and competencies <ul> <li>Master’s degree in finance, business or equivalent</li> <li>8-10 years relevant work experience, preferably from an international environment</li> <li>Experience from Big Four audit companies is preferred</li> <li>Ability to consolidate data from several sources for presentation, being able to efficiently process and evaluate large data volumes and propose actions based on findings</li> <li>Ability to build strong networks and collaborate efficiently with functions outside of Finance.
