Above all we will never stop learning and striving to help each other reach our maximum potential.</div><div><br></div><div>As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead the full commercial cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — while executing our sales strategy through a strong partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for expanding Wingtra’s presence in key markets, building strong relationships with end customers, and identifying new growth opportunities. This high-impact role demands persistence, adaptability, and proactive client engagement. Based in Santiago de Chile, you will operate at the forefront of the fast-growing drone industry, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of geospatial applications.</div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own and manage the entire sales process through the partner ecosystem — from pipeline generation to achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets.</li><li>Develop and execute effective local sales strategies to drive market penetration and business growth in the region.</li><li>Build, manage, and expand relationships with resellers and distribution partners, ensuring alignment with Wingtra’s go-to-market strategy.</li><li>Support direct sales efforts in collaboration with our dealers, acting as a trusted advisor and solution-oriented partner.</li><li>Identify and qualify new business opportunities (inbound and outbound) by understanding customer needs and pain points.</li><li>Promote Wingtra’s brand and product value proposition across target markets, becoming a visible and credible market ambassador.</li><li>Gather and share customer use cases and market feedback to contribute to Wingtra’s ongoing strategic development.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and activity tracking in our CRM system (HubSpot).</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience (7+ years) in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience, with a solid B2B background and a strong track record developing and scaling partner ecosystems across LATAM to drive market penetration and regional growth.</li><li>The ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for both selling to target customers and building lasting, trust-based relationships with distribution partners.</li><li>Comfortable driving large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles while also dynamically closing smaller, fast-paced inbound opportunities.</li><li>Experience providing solutions based on customer needs, including a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach that integrates hardware, software, and workflow opportunities to deliver complete, value-driven solutions.</li><li>Persuasive, independent, and at ease negotiating and developing trust.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English &amp; Spanish.</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%).</li></ul><h3>Plus</h3><ul><li>Extensive mining experience in the region (strongly desired), with solid expertise in surveying and mapping; experience in government, engineering, and construction sectors is a plus.</li><li>Previous experience working with image post-processing software such as Pix4D, Agisoft, TBC, Leica, Topcon, Trimble, ESRI, etc.</li></ul><br><div>If you enjoy teamwork more than being the individual superhero, and if you thrive in a feedback-driven culture and an exciting, unconventional yet structured and progressive start-up environment, we would love to hear from you.</div>
