As a Technical Program Manager, you will work cross-functionally with engineering leaders across software, hardware, vehicle engineering, and product to drive our corporate strategy into tactical and detailed road maps that facilitate effective execution at each stage of our growth curve. As a member of this team you will be in a critically important position at the intersection of finance and technology to influence cost savings, operational efficiency, and the scalability of our services. With plans to rapidly scale our service over the coming years, doing so in an efficient way is essential for the success of our robotaxi business. </span></div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will:</h3><ul><li>Partner with Software Engineering, Finance, IT, and Technical Program Management to drive technical programs focused on cloud optimization and efficiency.</li><li>Create project plans including prioritizing features, understanding dependencies, and estimating timelines.</li><li>Highlight potential risks and proactively build out risk-mitigations.</li><li>Develop metrics to attribute costs, measure efficiency, and estimate ROI.</li><li>Represent your programs in cross-departmental forums, with key stakeholders, and in executive meetings.</li><li>Inform on our strategy, roadmap, and KPIs to drive meaningful improvements and ensure our business is built to scale effectively.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>At least 4 years of experience in engineering, program management, or management consulting</li><li>Hands on experience with large-scale production environments on major cloud providers (e.g. AWS)</li><li>Strong track record of managing complex cross-functional projects, especially with an efficiency improvement focus</li><li>Deep familiarity with software development processes &amp; proficiency in tools or processes required to manage complex projects (i.e. Gantt charts, risk matrix, JIRA, etc.)</li><li>An ability to keep the big picture in focus and to provide clear, well-structured, and concise communications tailored to each appropriate audience.</li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience with demand forecasting and capacity planning</li><li>Familiarity with corporate financial planning including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.</li></ul><br>
