The Energy Infrastructure Project Developer ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This position reports to the Vice President of Hydrogen or another management personnel that the CEO head may designate, with Project oversite from the Project Director. The employee may be required to perform other job-related duties as requested by management. All duties will be assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.This position is expected to travel up to 30%.  This position will be located in Houston, Texas.  RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Manage the planning, execution, and completion of hydrogen and energy projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, within scope, on time, and within budget.</li><li>Management of 3rd party engineering services, including Pre-FEED, FEED and EPC.</li><li>Manage project milestones and critical paths, applying rigorous project controls and reporting mechanisms.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for Hydrogen and Gas Turbine EPCs, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues</li><li>Champion the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance across all projects.</li><li>Work within safety management systems, quality management systems, and environmental management systems, ensuring projects comply with all regulatory and company standards.</li><li>Prepare and present presentations to Senior Management as requested.</li><li>All other duties as assigned by Senior Management.</li><li>Regular attendance, in accordance with the company’s attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position.</li></ul> REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Track record of successfully participating in building large-scale projects in the energy industry.</li><li>Working technical knowledge of hydrogen production technologies</li><li>Existing experience with suppliers, consumers, and potential partners in the energy space.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering.</li><li>3 to 5 years of technical experience in related energy markets.</li><li>Entrepreneurial minded and strong self-starter approach to work requiring minimal supervision.</li><li>The ability to quickly work on new tasks and accommodate changing circumstances.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools</li><li>Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong team player with a high degree of professionalism in which one always conducts self.</li></ul> Compensation: $145,000 - $170,000 Salary 174 Power Global provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
