Your contribution will help ensure smooth order placement, accurate tracking, and rapid deliveries—providing our Sales teams with an exceptional operational experience.</p><hr></div><div> </div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing inquiries related to orders, pricing, incentives, vehicle assignments, readiness, invoices, and delivery.</li><li>Provide proactive updates on order status, fulfillment, and delivery to ensure transparency.</li><li>Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to secure orders and enable smooth vehicle handovers, applying a proactive approach where manual adjustments are needed.</li><li>Manage vehicle inventory by ensuring accurate order allocation, release, and visibility on our websites.</li><li>Efficiently resolve cases related to order configuration, pricing, invoices, refunds, and payments.</li><li>Maintain data accuracy across systems throughout the order-to-delivery process.</li><li>Ensure accurate order confirmations and invoices based on payment preferences.</li><li>Support a structured and scalable Order Operations program, ensuring consistency in all aspects of vehicle orders and customer-facing documentation.</li><li>Promote a knowledge-sharing culture by developing training materials, sharing best practices, and providing training to team members and stakeholders.</li><li>Provide operational support for ad-hoc business initiatives.</li></ul><hr><strong>Qualifications</strong><ul><li>We are a start-up!
