Principal Product Designer Build - Design Team | New York, NY What you’ll do: As a Principal Product Designer at Ethic, you will shape the vision and structure of our product design ecosystem, connecting advisor tools, portfolio workflows, and client experiences into a coherent, trusted platform. You will lead large-scale initiatives, working across product pillars to define interaction models, system patterns, and frameworks that scale design quality across the company.You will partner with Product and Engineering leadership to guide strategic decisions and ensure that design drives measurable product outcomes.
