As a key member of the team, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing diaries, coordinating travel, and supporting meetings and events. The Business Support Administrator will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a proactive approach and a strong desire to learn and grow within the organisation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES: Diary &amp; Travel Management<ul><li>Assist with scheduling and managing calendars across multiple time zones.</li><li>Book travel and accommodation in line with company policies.</li><li>Ensure itineraries and logistics are accurate and communicated clearly.</li></ul> Meeting &amp; Event Support<ul><li>Help schedule meetings and keep calendars up to date.</li><li>Prepare simple agendas and assist with follow-up actions.</li><li>Take clear notes during meetings and share minutes when needed.</li><li>Support team events and on-site visits, including arranging catering.</li><li>Book meeting rooms and check availability.</li></ul> Communication &amp; Administration<ul><li>Draft clear, professional emails and documents.</li><li>Act as a friendly, professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing post, including registered mail.</li></ul> Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Update weekly deliverables and maintain digital display screens.</li><li>Assist with preparing presentations and basic reports.</li><li>Raise purchase quotes and purchase orders on the ERP system.</li><li>Complete expense reports accurately and on time.</li></ul> Operational Support<ul><li>Monitor and replenish kitchen and office supplies.</li><li>Coordinate staff accommodation at Artemis apartments, liaising with cleaners and estate agents for maintenance.</li><li>Manage apartment keys and related logistics.</li></ul> Additional Responsibilities<ul><li>Undertake any additional tasks as requested by your Line Manager or the Senior Leadership Team.</li><li>Due to the operational support required of this role it is expected that this is a full-time on-site role.</li></ul>  KNOWLEDGE AND SPECIALIST SKILLS:Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Graduate or an administrator with a minimum of 3 years’ experience</li><li>Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Experience with travel booking and/or expense systems is desirable.</li></ul> Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Professional, discreet, and approachable.</li><li>Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment</li></ul> Life at Artemis TechnologiesAt Artemis Technologies, you will not just be starting a new job, you are joining a passionate team.
