You will lead the sales and business development efforts for Release by Scatec, offering commercial and technical hybrid technology solutions to public and private utilities. From early-stage development to asset handover, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable energy. Key Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Drive customer acquisition and project opportunities across technologies and regions</li> <li>Manage key customer relationships as the primary external point of contact</li> <li>Conduct financial modelling for projects and portfolios</li> <li>Collaborate with technology suppliers, local developers, and JV partners</li> <li>Lead multidisciplinary teams of 10–20 individuals, including internal resources and subcontractors</li> <li>Negotiate commercial contracts with customers and optimise techno-economic solutions</li> <li>Develop marketing materials and contribute to organisational growth</li> <li>Manage projects through to project and asset management handover</li> <li>Lead development efforts, particularly in African markets</li></ul>Who We’re Looking For:<ul> <li>Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, or Commerce (required)</li> <li>Strong expertise in financial modelling and renewable power plants</li> <li>Minimum 10 years of experience in energy markets, infrastructure, or management consulting</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul> <li>Leadership in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project planning tools</li> <li>Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills</li> <li>High energy, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset</li> <li>Experience interacting with government officials and navigating developing markets</li> <li>Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese proficiency is advantageous</li></ul>Why Join Us?At Release, you’ll be part of a team that values clear communication, results-driven action, and a collaborative spirit.
