We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing &amp; Events team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This position is open exclusively to UAE Nationals. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing visually stunning artwork for various mediums, managing design projects, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.<ul><li>Create and execute compelling visual designs for print, digital, and outdoor media</li><li>Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral</li><li>Conceptualize and produce new logos, advertisements, and artworks for projects and initiatives</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm creative ideas and meet communication goals</li><li>Manage design projects from concept to completion, adhering to timelines and quality standards</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure optimal production of design jobs</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, implementing innovative solutions</li><li>Archive and organize all design assets, including photos, logos, and collateral materials</li><li>Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and event concepts</li><li>Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction when needed</li></ul>
