Tasks and responsibilities<ul><li>Provide phone and email based problem solving and fault finding support for installers and customers</li><li>Generating cases via CRM to track and resolve customer enquiries</li><li>Answering technical product enquiries</li><li>Liaise with service, sales and repair centre departments to ensure cases are dealt with efficiently</li><li>Provide feedback to develop the technical support product documentation</li><li>Assist in developing the technical support process focusing</li><li>Assist in Sales Exhibitions and Trade Fairs</li><li>Liaise with Technical Support International</li></ul><h2></h2>Professional skills and experience<ul><li>Ability to handle high volume phone calls and emails.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills – particularly verbal communication skills that will allow quick troubleshooting over the phone by getting to the root of the issue quickly and diffusing high pressure scenarios such as frustrated customers.</li><li>Good organisational skills</li><li>Solid technical understanding of Solar PV and electronics</li><li>The ability to prioritise and problem solve</li><li>Eagerness to support all team members as required</li><li>Direct Solar Industry experience an advantage</li><li>Experience in a role which required inter department communication and coordination an advantage</li><li>Relevant qualification in electronic engineering and renewable energy equivalent</li><li>Strong work ethic</li><li>Strong Microsoft windows and office skills</li><li>Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience an advantage</li><li>Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team</li><li>Solutions based mindset</li><li>Proactive attitude</li><li>Solar industry experience an advantage</li></ul>Are you ready for Fronius?
