Coach with intent, set a high bar for product craft, and foster a culture where urgency and excellence coexist</li><li>Conduct regular product reviews and analyze product performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement</li></ul>Stakeholder Collaboration<ul><li>Partner closely with peers in Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align on strategic goals and drive cohesive execution</li><li>Align with the product management team, inform stakeholders of strategy and goals, and collaborate with product marketing on go-to-market strategy</li><li>Work closely with the product leadership team to align the product roadmap with the overall company vision and objectives</li></ul>What You'll NeedMinimum Qualifications<ul><li>12+ years of experience in product management or a closely related field</li><li>Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field </li><li>Proven success building and scaling B2B enterprise software products, ideally in data, workflow, or reporting domains</li><li>Experience leading teams and products across multiple regions (North America, EMEA, APAC) and navigating complex customer ecosystems</li><li>The ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>8+ years direct people management experience preferred, including leading directors and managers in product organization</li><li>Knowledge of sustainability and ESG frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, CSRD, SEC Climate Rule, IFRS S1/S2)</li><li>Experience unifying or evolving complex product portfolios to create coherent customer experiences</li><li>Deep understanding of data management, analytics, or disclosure software.
