The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth, optimizing marketing strategies, and contributing to the company’s long-term success. This role involves analyzing business processes and finances, implementing business plans, and establishing effective networks. Responsibilities: • Analyzing Business Operations: Evaluate and expand business operations to drive sustained growth. • Revenue Monitoring: Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities to increase profitability. • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies. • Market Analysis: Perform competitor analysis to gain an increased market share and develop new lines of business based on consumer behavior. • Client Relationships: Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships. • Business Negotiations: Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue. Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, petroleum, or environmental) is preferred, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. • Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in a related industry. • Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software, such as NetSuite and Salesforce. • Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.•Availability and willingness to travel up to 50% within North America (U.S. and Canada).
