This includes project completion and the transfer of all records to (CAST), Duke Energy's System of record supporting retention. This position collaborates with management and its peers to ensure subcontracted staff produces a product which is in alignment with its contract.This position delivers results that are consistent, repeatable, and reliable and supportive of an environment of high accountability. Position collaborates with department leadership and project leadership and moves forward independently to resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders, reduce costs, improve key metrics, and drive up information quality.ResponsibilitiesLeadership to peers: provide direction, guidance, oversight, and support of corporate policies, department procedures, processes and tools. Provide guidance and support to peers regarding information management lifecycles across project stages, and the proper collection and management of project information. Drive compliance to project deliverables and quality standards.  Effective and frequent communications with peers and management regarding stages or delays in access or processing, issues, quantity inputs and outputs.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Project Management, Engineering, Quality and other internal PMC departments. Drive Project Information Management with Supply Chain and Project Management to improve understanding and results of this scope of work internally and externally with PMC Contractor and Supplied Equipment Contracts.Provide leadership, support and oversight of contract services staff to align contract compliance to safety, cost and quality expectations.
