Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>Implement Lean Manufacturing methods such as Shop Floor Management, 5s, TPM, Changeover</li><li>Improvise productivity, quality, and profitability through keen data analysis and process engineering significantly improve operations &amp; provide efficient solution.</li><li>Organization and cross functionally domestic organizational activity. (Sourcing, Purchasing, Engineering, Operations and Customer Service) to meet project schedules.</li><li>Should have hands on experience in development of jigs &amp; fixtures, SPM.</li><li>Proactively informs shopfloor issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions &amp; Works independently with cross functional department for solution.</li><li>Proactively plans, Monitors and controls project activities, encompassing project handover, execution planning and oversight to achieve objectives.</li><li>Develops a project – specific master documents list and ensure regular updates. executes process activities while maintaining documentation in accordance with ISO and internal process requirements throughout the project life cycle.</li><li>Collaborating with engineering and customers to secure timely approval of drawings and documents, resolving all project – related queries or issues during the execution phase.</li><li>Acquiring necessary services, materials and equipment from both external and internal suppliers, helping in negotiations, addressing claims , and managing project changes .</li><li>Managing all aspects of the project to agreed-upon customer requirements and ensuring all technical, safety, quality and financial targets are met.
