Influence Operational Unit employees to ensure the correct thinking and decision making that is required to support the implementation and execution of Quality and Continuous Improvement Strategies.</li><li>Act independently to Operating Unit (OU) as an internal advocate for customers in Quality related issues and decisions. Manage OU Quality and CI function, including the roles, capability development, work force management and succession.</li><li>Drive towards a learning organization by enhancing lessons learned and best practices. Coach and guide the quality team and OU employees in quality methods and tools.</li><li>Customer Focus Act as an advocate for the Customer by ensuring the Voice of Customer is collected by the OU through the customer feedback processes (e.g. T-NPS, customer surveys etc.). Ensure the results of customer feedback data are analysed and responded effectively.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction by evaluating the risks, problems and solutions from a quality and customer/stakeholder point of view. Identify areas for improvements in the interactions of the OU with Sales and Global Product Group Management and propose solutions. Oversee processes in cooperation with process owners to ensure effective and efficient management of the processes, measuring with appropriate process metrics.</li><li>Ensure effective change management processes are established and followed within the OU including change in product features, design, processes, suppliers, materials, or customer specifications. Ensure right process and tools are in place for OU documentation and all the relevant documents (e.g. quality procedures, work instructions, specifications etc.) are accurate and up-to-date.</li><li>Manage and coordinate OU audit programs and associated actions.
