You’ll evaluate all relevant costs and risks to produce customer-specific quotations and mass-market tariffs, enabling the sales team to execute market strategies effectively.In addition, you will forecast weekly consumption for existing customers and ensure smooth data flow throughout the end-to-end process to protect margins and support informed business decisions.If you are an analytical, detail-oriented problem solver with commercial experience and a passion for turning data into actionable insights, this is the opportunity for you!Location: This role can be based in either Cork or Dublin, working from our office on a hybrid basis.Key Accountabilities:<ul><li>Prepare accurate, transparent pricing offers and cost-reflective tariffs for all markets.</li><li>Ensure smooth tariff integration into billing systems.</li><li>Produce insightful reports on costs, revenue, and margins for leadership.</li><li>Maintain and validate demand forecasts for gas and electricity.</li><li>Act as a control point for quotations and forecasting, ensuring proper authorisations.</li><li>Support hedging strategies to manage risk and profitability.</li><li>Conduct ad hoc analyses to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Enhance reporting tools and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Implement changes driven by market or regulatory developments.</li><li>Lead and participate in projects to improve processes and achieve business objectives.</li></ul>Here’s Who We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Commercial Experience: Proven background in a pricing or finance role with a strong understanding of market dynamics.</li><li>Technical Skills: Advanced Excels skills; experience with SQL and Power BI is also desirable.</li><li>Analytical Ability: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for engaging senior stakeholders and customers.</li><li>Collaboration: Ability to build effective relationships across all levels.</li><li>Ownership &amp; Initiative: Self-motivated, solution-focused, and able to work independently.</li><li>Time Management: Skilled at prioritising and delivering under tight deadlines.</li><li>Desirable: Knowledge of energy markets and retail products.</li></ul>Why should you apply?       We’re not a perfect place – but we’re a people place.
