Successful applicants must be self-motivated, deeply organized and capable of managing work with multiple deadlines. Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, defense, manufacturing) is a plus.Sales Operations &amp; Order Fulfillment<ul><li>Act as the liaison between Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure timely order processing and delivery.</li><li>Program manage the full lifecycle of customer orders—from entry to shipment—tracking progress and resolving delays.</li><li>Monitor delivery timelines and proactively follow up to ensure alignment with customer commitments.</li></ul>Service Coordination<ul><li>Manage service contracts for LINAC systems, ensuring accurate tracking of activities and compliance.</li><li>Support field service technicians by coordinating timely shipment of parts to meet SLA requirements.</li><li>Maintain and update the service dashboard to reflect real-time status of LINACs under contract.</li><li>Assist with service contract inventory management and reporting.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Partner with the Internal Sales Manager team to support SOX compliance activities and documentation.</li><li>Maintain and manage the spares pricelist, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.</li><li>Analyze sales reports and manage data to support strategic decision-making.</li></ul>Customer Service &amp; Support<ul><li>Update internal systems with order status, delivery schedules, and service activities.</li><li>Schedule field service calls and coordinate logistics for customer support needs.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Support<ul><li>Provide support for High Energy Xray program support activities and order entry processes.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of Internal Sales Manager-related tasks</li><li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.</li><li>2+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or operations support.</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, defense, manufacturing) is a plus.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li>Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce</li></ul>  Salary Range: $61,600.00-$82,100.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
