You have a willingness to learn and help with a variety of legal projects.   This is a hybrid work opportunity. At Wisk, this means working onsite at our Mountain View, California office 3 days per week with flexibility for the remainder of the days. Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare, review and negotiate a broad range of technology, supplier, non-disclosure and other commercial agreements, including identifying and mitigating contractual risks in accordance with Wisk policies</li><li>Partner with the administrator of the contract management system to help manage the contract lifecycle from intake through execution and renewals, as applicable</li><li>Assist in the administration of contract templates, policies and processes</li><li>Support the legal department in other areas as needed</li><li>Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract processes and compliance</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized contract records</li><li>Contribute to the development of best practices for contract negotiation and management</li><li>Collaborate with legal counsel on complex contractual issues</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years experience in contract negotiation </li><li>Expertise in drafting and negotiating technology and supplier agreements</li><li>Expertise in SaaS and other indirect procurement agreement</li><li>Experience in other legal areas (import/export and compliance matters) a plus</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills</li><li>High degree of professionalism and integrity</li><li>Highly organized </li><li>Working knowledge of G Suite tools and agreement management databases</li><li>Experience in aerospace or government contracting a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay range the company expects to pay: $134,000 - $158,000 per year - The starting base salary within this range for this role varies based on factors such as your geographical location, and your relevant job-related experience that is consistent with a business necessity.Wisk HQ is located in Mountain View just a couple of hundred feet from Shoreline Lake and its surrounding walking/jogging trails.
