With a focus on reliability, driver experience, and cutting-edge technology, Oshkosh Delivery empowers fleets and businesses to move goods smarter, safer, and with confidence, today and for the road ahead.Summary:Maintenance Tech II will perform a variety of skilled journey-level duties which involves inspection, diagnosis, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and installation.Essential Duties:<ul><li>Resolves daily technical issues and repair breakdowns and malfunctions</li><li>Maintains equipment and machinery compliance with operating standards and process specifications</li><li>Maintains preventative maintenance schedules</li><li>Support and maintain facility systems</li><li>Troubleshooting, problem solving, and modifications or upgrades on electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery and equipment</li><li>Provide support for Programmable Logic Controllers and robots</li><li>Assist in installing new electronic/electrical control equipment</li><li>Repair and replace motors, pulleys, and conveyors</li><li>Setup and operate lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools</li><li>Other duties, as assigned</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Ability to become forklift certified</li><li>At least three years of applicable position experience</li><li>Applicable training or certification program in equivalent field (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Tech)</li><li>Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods</li><li>Solid computer, math, and reading skills</li><li>Maintain competency to perform task independently or as a team</li><li>Ability to multi-task and adapt to an ever-changing environment and processes</li><li>Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to communicate with leadership and fellow team members in both written and verbal forms at a level above standard</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in automotive manufacturing</li><li>High School Diploma/GED</li></ul>Oshkosh is committed to working with and offering reasonable accommodations to job applicants with disabilities.
