This position requires attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues with application effectively.  Essential Functions<ul><li>Interpret work orders and prints and transfer to pattern and product</li><li>Communicate design layouts</li><li>Measure and mark up truck with striping layout</li><li>Pre-fit/pre-cut material pieces</li><li>Prepare numbers and letters for application to truck (weeding/masking)</li><li>Apply striping to truck</li><li>Apply numbers, letters, and (when requested) customer furnished emblems</li><li>Disassemble and reassemble small components of emergency apparatus as needed</li><li>Prioritize the work based upon schedule</li><li>Troubleshoot issues that may delay application</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations</li><li>Demonstrate effective interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Regular attendance required</li><li>All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned  </li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent education</li><li>At least one year of related experience and/or training</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications to complete Essential Functions<ul><li>Ability to use tape measure.</li><li>Ability to use various small and pneumatic hand tools.</li><li>Ability to use various software such as World, Corel Draw, Composer, Excel, and Word</li></ul>Other Physical Requirements*All positions require the ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
