Mitigate as needed to drive on time completion.</li><li>Provide scheduling input for proposals that anticipate order timing, supplier availability, and future order execution resource availability to ensure quoted lead-times are appropriate for quoted scope, achievable, and meet or exceed customer speed expectations.</li><li>Work with Proposal and Project teams at order handoff to convert bid schedules into detailed and achievable order schedules with areas of scheduling risk highlighted and appropriate mitigation options to achieve on-time delivery are articulated and put in place.</li><li>Schedule part requirements in SAP to drive all purchases and shop orders, work with Procurement to ensure supplier deliveries meet production plans and incorporate latest expediting information into production plans.</li><li>Continually optimize schedule based on inputs and look for creative solutions as needed to accommodate changes in priorities such as emergency and other unplanned activities or unforeseen issues while still meeting customer commitments.</li><li>Support prioritization of part inspection requirements, aligned with schedule priority.</li><li>Maintain flawless working relationships with production floor personnel.</li><li>Collaborate with other Rotoflow scheduling personnel to ensure plans and priorities are aligned especially as resources and production are flexed to support all incoming demands.</li><li>Forecast capacity and manpower needs and utilization based on current and future work.</li></ul><h2>Minimum Hiring Requirements:</h2><ul><li>Minimum of Associate’s Degree or equivalent</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline preferred.
