Key responsibilities include organizational design, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and leveraging data and talent analytics to drive informed decision-making. Ensure compliance by updating People Services on local legal and regulatory changes.</li><li>Total Rewards &amp; Compensation: Oversee market competitiveness analysis, salary adjustments, and benefits resolution in partnership with Total Rewards.</li><li>Learning &amp; Development: Define functional training priorities, nominate talent for leadership programs, and monitor progress to strengthen capability building.</li><li>Workforce Planning &amp; Organization: Lead annual headcount planning and propose organizational design aligned with strategic goals.</li><li>Change Leadership: Act as a change ambassador, fostering adoption and cultural alignment across the organization.</li><li>Employee Experience &amp; Wellbeing: Implement wellbeing initiatives and engagement strategies to promote a positive, high-performance culture.
