This role involves monitoring job performance, resolving failures, supporting automation initiatives, business-critical workflows and provides advanced troubleshooting. The incumbent must collaborate with IT teams, maintain compliance, and drive continuous improvement.   This role is essential for ensuring that batch processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the organization’s operations.
