About the roleThe System Analyst is responsible to analyze system requirements and develop efficient database solutions that support organizational operations, ensure data integrity, and improve system performance. Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and manage ICT-based monitoring and decision-support systems for real-time project tracking</li><li>Design and implement a web-based GIS platform for data collection, analysis, and reporting</li><li>Integrate data from field surveys, environmental and social compliance, and progress monitoring into the system.</li><li>Ensure system security, data backup, and disaster recovery mechanisms</li><li>Train project staff on system usage, data entry, and report generation</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in developing ICT systems for project monitoring</li><li>Has the demonstrated ability to consistently</li><li>Develop and manage ICT and GIS systems for project monitoring.</li><li>Integrate diverse data sources into unified platforms.</li><li>Ensure system security, backup, and disaster recovery</li><li>Train staff on system use and reporting</li><li>Collaborate effectively with project teams.</li><li>Solve technical issues to improve system performance</li></ul>We value equity, diversity and inclusion and are committed to creating a work environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to do their best.
