You will develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals."You will be located in Den Bosch.<ul><li>Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements, for GEA internal employees as well as for Customers</li><li>Produce training schedules and classroom agenda</li><li>Determine course content, according to objectives, in relation to heating and refrigeration aspects (mechanical, electrical, automation, processes, safety, technologies, software tools and business / sales aspects) and including the definition of:<ul><li>Target groups (identification of the roles to which the training is addressed to) and prerequisites to access the training (what need to be known before to attend the training)</li><li>Learning targets (learning / tasks that are expected to be known after the training)</li><li>Story board / agenda of the training with definition of necessary modules / chapters / topics to be explained</li><li>Training material and methodology to be used for each topic, including script for the spoken part and explanation for the interactive or practical part</li><li>documents and material eventually necessary to handover pre / post training</li><li>evaluation points (what would need to be evaluated after the training to improve it)</li><li>evaluation test (where applicable)</li></ul></li><li>Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)</li><li>Execute live training sessions both face to face as well as webinars and video, execute and facilitate workshops or exercises etc. in groups or individually</li><li>Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed</li><li>Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.</li><li>Observe and evaluate results of training programs</li><li>Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsPreferred education:<ul><li>Degree in an Industrial Refrigeration technical field OR similar</li><li>Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset</li></ul>Professional Knowledge and Experiences :<ul><li>Several years of experience in the technical field of Industrial Refrigeration</li><li>Experience as trainer is preferable</li><li>Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools</li><li>Experience in designing course content</li><li>Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)</li><li>Knowledge of Digi learning platforms would be preferred</li><li>Fluent in English, additional languages would be preferred</li></ul>Other Skills &amp; Competencies <ul><li>Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management abilities</li><li>Willingness to travel</li><li>Strong team and communication skills, empathy</li><li>Ability to address training needs with complete courses</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
