This role provides objective analysis and sound judgement with application of principles and techniques to evaluate and report project performance from concept study to construction &amp; startup including practical assessment of schedule completion and expected final cost. Competencies include setup of work breakdown structure, establishing levels of control and detail, planning and scheduling, cost analysis and forecasting, progress measurement, earned value performance, risk analysis and change control.This role is responsible for managing, controlling, forecasting and reporting cost and schedule performance for projects throughout the organization.
