Grow here.  At AECOM, we are currently recruiting for a Construction Contracts Coordinator to join us at our Dublin office.Here’s what you’ll do: Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities;<ul><li>Ensure compliance with Contract Management standards and contractual terms and conditions in the execution of the contract administration activities, reporting areas or instances of non-compliance to the Contract Manager </li><li>Implement agreed contract management strategies </li></ul><ul><li>Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators to aid Contractor and / or Consultant performance management. </li></ul><ul><li>Set the target for KPI’s within Incentive Schedules within NEC contracts and review the contractor’s performance against these </li></ul><ul><li>Undertake Contractor and / or Consultant performance evaluations for review and approval, and where appropriate / necessary establish Contractor and /or Consultant’s proposed performance improvement plans </li></ul><ul><li>Provide advice to the Project Manager and / or Service Manager, where required, on all contract administration issues, including compensation events, early warnings and applications for payment including final assessment </li></ul><ul><li>Prepare communications and instructions on behalf of the Project Manager (or Service Manager for service contracts) </li></ul><ul><li>Reply to contractors (or consultants), ensuring that they are all within the timescales required in the contract </li></ul><ul><li>Liaise with Cost Managers and Schedulers as well as the Project Manager, in order to notify quotation acceptances, CE assessments and programme acceptances </li></ul><ul><li>Administer the early warning process and keep the early warning register up to date </li></ul><ul><li>Obtain approval from the Project Manager prior to issuing all communications and instructions and working within the limits of the delegated authority </li></ul>
