We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Consultant - Urban Advisory to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our urban advisory practice, you will play a crucial role in shaping sustainable and efficient urban environments across the region.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop design content across various project stages, applying technical knowledge to produce high-quality outputs.</li><li>Independently conduct research, extract relevant insights, and communicate findings clearly through graphics and concise writing.</li><li>Prepare reports and presentation materials based on team-developed storyboards, and create additional content as needed.</li><li>Participate in interdisciplinary reviews and contribute to deliverables, including calculations, sketches, diagrams, datasets, and reports.</li><li>Maintain a strong understanding of urban design principles, typologies, planning practices, and the built environment.</li><li>Support the development of project documentation, including descriptive and technical writing for reports, guidelines, and presentations.</li><li>Attend workshops and meetings, accurately capturing key discussion points and outcomes.</li><li>Take ownership of assigned work packages and deliver them efficiently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Promote quality assurance by reviewing deliverables before submission and advocating for high standards across the team.</li><li>Encourage out-of-the-box thinking and introduce new ideas and approaches to enhance project outcomes.</li><li>Organise and participate in knowledge-sharing and collaboration sessions to strengthen team capabilities.</li></ul>
