We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Advisor for Safety, Health &amp; Environment (SH&amp;E) Supervision to join our team. In this critical role, you will lead our efforts to ensure compliance with SH&amp;E regulations, develop and implement comprehensive safety programs, and foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across our organization.<ul><li>Under direct supervision, performs basic and routine duties in a wide range of environmental, health and safety disciplines to achieve compliance with the ES&amp;H standards along with federal and state regulatory requirements. </li><li>Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of safety and health programs, systems and procedures. </li><li>Experience in conducting safety audits, inspections, and developing corrective action plans</li><li>Works with others to investigate accidents, injuries and complaints concerning hazards in the workplace. </li><li>Expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and environmental impact assessment</li><li>Proficiency in SHE management systems and relevant software tools</li><li>Participates in recommending improvement in processes, design, procedures and equipment to minimize hazards. </li><li>Participates in employee training, emergency preparedness and assures the quality of programs.</li></ul>
