<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality management systems, ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of excellence.</p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures</li><li>Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards</li><li>Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation related to quality processes and procedures</li><li>Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management principles and best practices</li><li>Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations</li><li>Prepare and present quality reports to management</li></ul>
