Curran:</h3><ul><li>Rapidly diagnose and resolve SCADA, HMI, historian, PLC, network, and process-control-related issues in live production environments at municipal and industrial water/wastewater facilities</li><li>Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting of SCADA communications, control system faults, instrumentation, and automation problems</li><li>Maintain, repair, and support existing Control Panels, PLCs (primarily Allen-Bradley), SCADA servers, workstations, and associated infrastructure</li><li>Support and execute field upgrades, migrations, expansions, minor updates, patches, and fixes on live systems while minimizing plant downtime</li><li>Perform routine system health checks, backups, disaster recovery testing, cybersecurity updates, and preventive maintenance activities</li><li>Remotely monitor SCADA assets and infrastructure across multiple facilities to proactively identify service degradation, maintenance needs, or potential failures</li><li>Manage SCADA user accounts, permissions, access controls, and security settings in compliance with client and cybersecurity requirements</li><li>Respond to emergency situations, provide 24/7 on-call support (rotational), and participate in rapid-response fieldwork when required</li><li>Thoroughly document all work including service tickets, root-cause analysis reports, as-built drawings, infrastructure inventories, and system changes</li><li>Collaborate closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Administrative teams, project engineers, technical managers, and account managers to ensure long-term system reliability and client satisfaction</li><li>Work within defined service-level agreements (SLAs), maintenance contracts, budgets, and schedules</li><li>Ability to work remotely from home or local facility while maintaining high availability for remote support and occasional site visits</li></ul><h3>What you will need to succeed:</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Control System Design, PLC Programming, and SCADA Development</li><li>Experience with Ethernet IP and network switches.</li><li>Skilled in modifying HMIs and tuning PID loops.</li><li>Strong understanding of industrial power design (medium/low voltage).</li><li>Ability to read and interpret P&amp;IDs and wiring diagrams.</li><li>Experience installing and maintaining electrical components and systems.</li><li>Knowledge of safety protocols and hazard recognition.</li><li>Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC hardware and software (other PLC experience is a bonus).</li><li>Experience with Allen-Bradley FactoryTalk, Schneider Wonderware, Ignition, GE Proficy iFix HMI software (other HMI package experience is a bonus).</li><li>Experience configuring and developing graphics for OITs such as Allen-Bradley PanelView and Automation Direct C-More.</li><li>Experience with automated reporting software (such as SyTech’s XLReporter and HachWims);</li><li>Hands-on experience configuring, interfacing with, and troubleshooting instrumentation found in the water and wastewater industry.</li><li>Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.</li><li>Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Computer networking experience (hardware and configuration) is a bonus</li><li>Experience in higher programming languages (VB, C++, Java, Python) is a bonus.</li><li>Water/wastewater industry experience is a bonus.</li></ul><br /><p><strong><span>Mutual Dispute Resolution (MDR)</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>As part of our commitment to a fair and respectful workplace, Woodard &amp;
