Staff Product DesignerBuild - Design Team | New York, NY What you’ll do: As a Staff Product Designer at Ethic, you will guide the design of core experiences that power our values-aligned investing platform. You will lead major initiatives across advisor and investor tools, from portfolio construction to reporting and account management. You will  spearhead product design efforts that balance clarity, scalability, and trust. This is not a managerial position. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to shape direction, structure complexity, and bring world-class craft to the details that define great financial experiences. You will define our systems, strengthen collaboration, and elevate the quality and consistency of design across the product ecosystem.
