Monitoring, Communication, and Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Progress Monitoring: Regularly tracking and reporting on project progress, providing updates to stakeholders and management, promptly addressing any deviations from the plan, and implementing corrective actions as needed.</li><li>Tracking project progress and assisting on key milestones and KPIs reporting.</li><li>Communication: Facilitating effective communication within the project team, across departments, to senior management, and with contracted parties.</li><li>Supporting communication with stakeholders and ensure clarity of project status.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Cultivating positive relationships with project stakeholders by addressing their concerns and keeping them updated on project progress.</li><li>Organizing and facilitating meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and documenting follow-ups.</li></ul>4.
