Primary responsibilities involve installation of smart home monitoring systems (Curb), solar site surveys and support for Elevation Energy Efficiency operations. This role is based in the metropolitan Phoenix, AZ area. Requirements Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct site surveys at the time of Curb install or independently</li><li>Obtain land survey data, such as angles, elevations, points, and contours, using electronic distance measuring equipment and other surveying instruments</li><li>Place and recover markings, stakes and other such signifiers at work locations</li><li>Compile notes, sketches, and records of survey data obtained, and work performed</li><li>Perform smart home monitoring systems (Curb) installations and troubleshooting as needed</li><li>Support Elevation Energy Efficiency operations in audits and installs as needed</li><li>Identify electrical, environmental, and safety hazards associated with work on live electrical systems</li><li>Document completion of completed installation</li><li>Clean up of job site(s)</li><li>Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety</li><li>Perform other duties and tasks as required</li></ul>RequirementsQualifications<ul><li>1-3 years of site survey experience preferred</li><li>1-3 years of electrical and/or solar experience preferred</li><li>At least a rudimentary understanding of electrical theory and electrical systems/circuits preferred</li><li>Experience installing outlets and junction boxes beneficial</li><li>Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs</li><li>Customer service skills required</li><li>Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required</li><li>Must have a valid state driver’s license</li><li>Must have a clean driving record</li><li>Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States </li></ul> Working Conditions &amp; Physical Requirements:<ul><li>8-hour shift with some weekend work as needed. </li><li>Additional hours are based on the manager’s requirements  </li><li>Work outside in a variety of temperatures and conditions in accordance with Heat Stress procedures</li><li>Work around energized electrical equipment </li><li>Ability to work in stressful environments: must be able to react to crises where immediate action is required to correct or curtail potentially damaging or hazardous situations. </li><li>Requires ability to perform tasks by walking, standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, squatting, twisting, pushing, pulling, shoveling, climbing, and working with hand tools (up to 25 pounds) in positions above and below head, and extended from body to complete repairs</li><li>Ability to discern assorted colors </li><li>Ability to twist the body and neck while driving company vehicles </li><li>Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops </li><li>Work with and around hazardous and non-hazardous materials </li><li>Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required</li><li>Have ability to discern and respond to verbal and auditory signals </li><li>Work in small spaces like attics</li></ul>Equal Opportunity EmployerElevation Solar is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
