You will lead and inspire plant teams to achieve peak efficiency while driving continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and providing necessary training.</li><li>Promote a culture of respect, diversity, equity, and inclusion through transparent communication and adherence to company policies.</li><li>Manage daily production activities to meet quality and budget targets; identify and resolve performance issues promptly.</li><li>Prepare and analyze operating reports to monitor production, downtime, and variances; communicate significant changes to the Plant Manager.</li><li>Lead daily operational excellence meetings focused on SQDCME components.</li><li>Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to maintain staffing levels and lead the hiring process.</li><li>Oversee plant housekeeping and 5S programs.</li><li>Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.</li><li>Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager.</li></ul>Health, Safety &amp; Environmental Accountabilities<ul><li>Participate in Joint Health &amp; Safety Committee activities, including inspections and recommendations.</li><li>Monitor scrap levels, analyze discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.</li></ul>What You BringEducation &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.</li><li>5–7 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably with cross-functional exposure.</li><li>Proven experience in developing and managing people leaders and performance management.</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental practices in manufacturing.</li><li>Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment, ideally in plastics.</li></ul>Core Competencies:<ul><li>Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Ability to plan, organize, and adapt to changing business needs.</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills across all organizational levels.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.</li></ul>Why Join Us?At Harco Fittings, you’ll be part of a team that values innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
