The plant operates 24/7 for driver activities, with operations personnel onsite during normal business hours (Monday through Friday) and available on call during non-working hours.All personnel are responsible and accountable for maintaining safety and environmental standards, ensuring the well-being of employees, and supporting overall operations. The candidate will be responsible for reliability, improving efficiency and productivity, and managing labor costs.Additionally, the Site Supervisor is accountable for facility and vehicle maintenance, project execution, reliability initiatives, HR matters, leadership, workforce resource allocation, cost control, and asset management. This is achieved through strong relationships and alignment with horizontally integrated functional support organizations.
