Digital Roadmap &amp; Initiative Shaping<ul><li>Translate maturity assessment outcomes into clear digital roadmaps aligned to:<ul><li>Business strategy</li><li>Revenue and growth priorities</li><li>Customer and channel needs</li></ul></li><li>Shape and frame initiatives such as digital products or value streams, not isolated projects.</li><li>Support creation of business cases, value hypotheses, and investment rationale.</li><li>Help business leaders prioritize initiatives based on value, effort, and readiness.</li></ul>3. Delivery Orchestration &amp; Execution<ul><li>Orchestrate the delivery of Commercial &amp; Marketing digital initiatives across LATAM in partnership with:<ul><li>Global product teams</li><li>Platform owners (SAP, CRM, Digital, Data)</li><li>External vendors</li></ul></li><li>Ensure alignment between:<ul><li>Business expectations</li><li>Delivery capacity</li><li>Architectural and security standards</li></ul></li><li>Own regional delivery outcomes, including readiness, adoption, and stabilization.</li></ul>4. Digital Product &amp; Capability Enablement<ul><li>Drive adoption and evolution of digital products improve how Commercial and Marketing operate.</li><li>Ensure solutions are:<ul><li>Business-relevant</li><li>Scalable and sustainable</li><li>Properly adopted by users</li></ul></li><li>Ensure strong change management, training, and value realization tracking.</li></ul>5.
